Professor Shuhong Yu is a renowned Chinese materials scientist and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Professor Yu obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Hefei University of Technology in China.He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC).After completing his doctoral studies, he conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Tokyo in Japan and the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces in Germany.
He is currently a professor at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and serves as the director of the Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences at the Microscale.
